Service Description

The Divemaster course is the first professional level of scuba diving certification. It is designed to teach you leadership skills and diving techniques that will enable you to assist with diving activities, supervise dives, and help train other divers. During the course, you will learn about dive theory, dive equipment, dive skills and the aquatic environment. You will also be trained in how to lead dive groups, supervise certified divers and help teach novice divers. The Divemaster course is typically conducted over several weeks or months, depending on your level of experience going in. The course consists of classroom sessions, pool sessions, open water dives and practical application exercises. Upon successful completion of the Divemaster course, you will be able to work as a professional in the diving industry. You can pursue employment as a dive guide, assistant instructor, or even a dive shop manager. Additionally, it is a great precursor to instructor level certification.
