Service Description

The CCR normoxic trimix diver course is designed for experienced CCR divers who wish to extend their range and depth capabilities. This course teaches divers to use helium-based gas mixes in conjunction with their rebreather to safely dive to depths up to 60-70 meters. During the course, divers will learn advanced diving techniques such as advanced gas management, dive planning, and decompression procedures. The course also covers the use of bailout gas and other emergency procedures. To enroll in the CCR normoxic trimix diver course, divers must hold a CCR diver certification and have logged a minimum of 50 CCR dives with at least 30 hours of bottom time. They must also hold a minimum of ten normoxic trimix dives. Upon completion of the course, divers will receive a certification indicating their ability to dive to depths up to 60-70 meters using a CCR and normoxic trimix gas mixes.
