Service Description

The Assistant Diving Instructor course is designed for those divers who want to take the next step in their diving career and become a professional. The course is offered by Gotodive dive centers and requires completion of various theoretical and practical modules to become an Assistant Diving Instructor. The course usually includes topics such as dive theory, dive equipment, teaching techniques, and risk management. The assistant diving instructor is trained to conduct pool and classroom sessions under the direct supervision of a certified instructor. To be eligible for the Assistant Diving Instructor course, the candidate must have completed a minimum of 60 logged dives and hold a current divemaster certification from a recognized diving organization. Upon completion of the course, the assistant diving instructor can work in dive centers and schools to assist instructors in conducting diving courses, supervise non-diving activities, and conduct dives for certified divers. The Assistant Diving Instructor certification is an important stepping stone towards becoming a certified diving instructor, which requires additional training and experience.
